Coronavirus – Austrian company ships tests to your home in Hungary

The Austrian Novogenia company ships its coronavirus and immunity tests to our homes in Hungary for 166 EUR.

Forbes reported that the primary area of the company is genetic diagnoses, and the company is one of the leaders in Europe in the field. The company provides genetic medical examinations for patients to find out whether they have some genetic diseases or good chances to get those. Since 2012, its subsidiary company in Hungary, the DNA Plus Humangenetic Centre Hungary, also has these types of examinations alongside eighty other countries.

In the company’s centre in Salzburg, 200,000 genetic examinations happen each month in a 300 square-meter laboratory. Half of its capacity has been reformed to have enough ability to examine the coronavirus and to provide tests for people. From now on, Hungarians are also allowed to order these tests and have them shipped to their homes.

The test can be ordered for 166 EUR, and it comes with an English and a Hungarian manual. The company reported that the necessary amount of blood or saliva can be easily put into the containers by civilians as well. The sample needs to be sent back in the box the company shipped with the arriving package, and the results will be available in one or three days through an e-mail link with a special code.

IgM- IgG- there is no sign of the infection

IgM+ IgG- you have been infected two or three weeks ago, and you may be spreading the disease

IgM+ IgG+ the infection is in your system, but you have entered the stage of healing; you got the disease approximately a month ago
